In short, our project and/or development team familiarizes themselves with ever aspect of your business, so that Xsys, Inc. can ultimately deliver a solution that is complete and applicably needs focused.

Envisioning Phase
Once requirements have been defined, we assemble key members from our project and/or development teams to comprehensively define the specific functionality of your solution from end-to-end. Utilizing time tested methodologies, processes, and tools, our team diligently collaborates to build a blueprint of your solution.

Implementation Phase
Immediately following your final approval of the “blueprint,” our project and/or development teams jump into action. Through years of experience, our certified professionals have learned that “one process does not fit all clients.” Given that each project has several unique factors associated with it, we have mastered the ability to tightly integrate a variety of project and development efforts into every engagement, to effectively ensure an “on time and within budget” delivery.

Validation Phase
Our efforts continue into the validation phase, where our team conducts an array of quality assurance tests to ensure proper functionality and adherence to specification.

Deployment Phase
Deployment relies entirely upon your acceptance of the solution. Therefore, no solution is complete until you, the client, attests to its merit. Once acceptance has been given, our team is put back into action once more, to handle the particulars of your project.
